Once your request is in, we will provide you with a quote. We bill through an invoice system, that is integrated with Pay Pal. Customizing each individual order takes time to create. Please have your order placed and paid in full THREE WEEKS prior to the date it is needed. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee you will receive it on time.

We do not offer refunds on custom items. However, we will do our best to make certain you are pleased with our services.
